Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 will continue the franchise's "tradition" of killing off pivotal characters and since the release of the emotionally-driven trailer earlier this month, fans have been speculating as to which member (or members) of the beloved cosmic group will die in the film.
Rumor has it that Rocket Raccoon is THAT character while other theories suggest that Dave Bautista's Drax the Destroyer is on his way out. Now, a new report sheds light on the ongoing discourse.
According to a scoop from Twitter tipster MyTimeToShineHello, Rocket Raccoon lives after Guardians 3. It's worth noting that the source has constantly stated in the past that Bradley Cooper's character dies in the film but now admits that the information she previously released was wrong. However, she didn't reveal which character actually dies in the finale.

Will they continue playing vital roles in the MCU? Or will Marvel Studios honor James Gunn's desire to end everything after the third film?
Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 is currently scheduled for release on May 5, 2023.
