In the world of Ikoria, humans and monsters are at odds with another, but the new planeswalker human Luke discover that he can form a bond with an Ikoria monster known as eludha. Most of the humans in Drannith, the largest human sanctuary in Ikoria, are against monsters and bonders, forcing Luke to escape for his life when his secret is revealed. General Kudro, the leader of Drannith's military defense known as the Coppercoasts, sees Lukka as a threat, and orders his men to pursue him. "Thwart the Enemy" features the mysterious archer/planeswalker Vivien Reid rescuing Lukka from the Coppercoats, and "Go for Blood" features Lukka and his new tiger companion learning to fight as one after Vivien teaches him how to commune with nature.

Ikoria: Lair of Behemoths is officially scheduled to be released on May 15 (rescheduled release day).
