The Magic: The Gathering World Championship XXVI is happening next month, and to get us hyped for the biggest MTG tournament of the season, Wizards of the Coast is giving Magic Arena players a chance to win some digital prizes.
All you have to do is to check out the 16 competitors, select one of them, cheer them, and cheer them to glory, and the better your champion does in the event, the more in-game prizes you'll get.
Promoted with the hashtag #Findyourchampion, the new rewards include randomized rare cards, and if the player you pick ends up becoming the World Champion, you get to win an iconic Trophy pet along with six randomized rare cards. The number of rares you get depends on how well your selected champion does.
I voted for Paulo Vitor Damo da Rosa. I think he's been very consistent in recent MTG tournaments.
