Now that the latest Magic: The Gathering set Zendikar Rising is already released, fans are looking forward for the next major Magic product, Commander Legends. The unique Magic set combines the experience of Booster Draft with Commander, and fans will get their hands on it this November. Wizards of the Coast revealed only a few cards from Commander Legends, but previews will begin soon, and Magic Senior Designer Gavin Verhey has revealed when previews for Commander Legends will begin.
Over on Twitter, Verhey revealed that previews for Commander Legends will begin on Monday, October 12.
Commander Legends will feature 71 legendary creatures and planeswalkers, and the cards will be legal in Eternal formats like Legacy, Vintage, and Commander. The set contains 361 regular cards, and it will introduce "foil-etched" cards, which use a brand-new foiling process that looks different from previous foils and have a special card frame.
Commander Legends is set to release on November 6, 2020. The Collector Boosters for this set will be released on November 20 due to production delays.
