Lycoris Recoil is one of this season’s surprise hits thanks to its great animation and charming cast. Given this, there have been lots of new promotions for it like merchandise, the latest of which are Lycoris Recoil official cosplay uniforms.
Recently, Cospatio unveiled two cosplay outfits that are based on the uniforms worn by Chisato Nishigiki and Takina Inoue. These outfits are almost exact replicas of the ones in the anime, making them perfect for cosplayers.
The Chisato uniform is a coat-dress hybrid that combines a jacket and a pleated skirt. It features a red and grey color scheme with a blue ribbon. It also features gold buttons that are made specifically for the uniform.
Meanwhile, the Takina uniform is identical in design to the Chisato outfit, but it has a navy and gray color scheme and a green ribbon.
Both uniforms come in women’s sizes, from S to XXL.

To design these outfits in the anime, the Lycoris Recoil production team tapped Kimika Onai. In case you’re unfamiliar, Onai is a costume designer who has worked on costume designs for Japanese idol groups, including Nogizaka46.
Thanks to Onai’s expertise, the LycoReco uniforms had a striking and memorable look while being cute and functional – perfect for Chisato and Takina's roles as Lycoris agents.
As for Cospatio, it is a brand that’s under Cospa, a well-known Japanese cosplay company. While the main Cospa brand has a mix of cosplay outfits and regular apparel, Cospatio specializes in official cosplays for women.
Given that these cosplay uniforms are officially licensed and highly detailed, they won’t come cheap. Each uniform is priced at JPY 49,500 (around USD 370).
These Lycoris Recoil cosplay uniforms are available for pre-order now via the Cospatio website. As some parts of the uniforms are made-to-order, they are scheduled to ship in mid-January 2023.
