Though Loki may have died in Avengers: Infinity War, he's still getting his own miniseries on Disney+. While we have bits and pieces of what the show will be about, a rumor is going around that Loki will actually have love interests this time around—two in fact.
According to insider Daniel Richtman (via @cosmic_marvel), Loki is going to be giving the God of Mischief a male and a female love interest in the show. Here's the report:
This actually lines up with the rumor that Loki will actually be cursed into becoming a woman in the show. I can very well imagine that he will have a woman love interest that we'll find out about, then when he's turned into a woman, some male character will fancy him.
I can already imagine a lot of angry fanboys saying that this is Hollywood just trying to push another ‘agenda', but it could very well be plausible considering we don't really know much about Loki. While he is fun to watch, he's mostly been asexual in the series. It would be interesting to see how he deals with those kinds of relationships when he's in the spotlight this time around.
Loki doesn't have a release date yet, but it is expected to come out in the spring of 2021. While WandaVision was also set to come out around that time, it's luckily been pushed to this year. Hopefully Loki gets pushed forward as well, but that's just wishful thinking.
WandaVision comes out on Disney+ sometime before the end of 2020.
