Kim Go Eun returns with the new tvN Kdrama Little Women. Starring alongside Nam Ji Hyun, Park Ji Hu, Uhm Ki Joon, and Wi Ha Joon, the series depicts the story of three poor but friendly sisters facing the richest and most powerful family in South Korea.

Little Women Episode 2 Recap

Little Women Episode 2 sees In-Kyung confessing her suspension from work to her elder sister, In-Joo. She tells her about her alcohol addiction and that she was caught drunk while on duty. In-Joo promises that she will help her in any way she can, throwing away the soju in their kitchen sink.

In-Kyung also tells everything that happened to her rich great-aunt during their daily breakfast meeting. She continues to accompany her great-aunt, still holding grudges about how she had treated the sisters.

Nam Ji Hyun Seeks For A Witness In Little Women Episode 2

Although suspended for a month, In-Kyung continues to work on her research. She contacts a previous witness that might be of huge help as she uncovers the truth.

However, she thought the witness decided to stood her up as she waited for hours at their agreed location. It turns out that the witness got involved in a car accident near the fish market, having In-Kyung suspect that someone was trying to bury the evidence.

On the other hand, she wonders if their youngest sister, In-Hye, is involved in an unfortunate situation. In-Kyung coincidentally sees the news about an award for the art competition. She sees the same portrait that In-Hye has been diligently working on but is credited to another person.

Kim Go Eun Investigates Her Friend’s Death In Little Women Episode 2

Little Women Episode 2 also highlights In-Joo continuing to investigate Hwa-Young’s case with Choi Do-Il. She compares all her luxury items and the receipts she had collected after purchasing them.

In-Joo notices a couple of items missing on Hwa-Young’s logs, which makes her search deeper into her friend’s real life. She happens to discover an alternate social media account from which Hwa-Young seems to be living a luxurious life as someone who permanently lives in Singapore.

While trying to gather more evidence on who might have caused Hwa-Young to take her life, Director Shin arrives to her house and harasses her inferiority.

As In-Joo talks to other employees, she realizes that Director Shin and Hwa-Young might really be having an affair. She concludes that some of the luxury items that Hwa-Young own are given to her by Director Shin.
