The official trailer for Apple TV+'s first French and English multilingual original series, Liaison, has been released. The trailer introduces the intertwined protagonists, portrayed by César Award winner Vincent Cassel and BAFTA Award winner Eva Green, as they join forces to face a catastrophic threat to London.
Cassel has never before led a series in his career, so Liaison is a first for him. He and Green will be joined by a strong cast in this production. Peter Mullan, Gérard Lanvin, Daniel Francis, Stanislas Merhar, Iréne Jacob, Latitia Eido, Eriq Ebouaney, Bukky Bakray, and Emmy winner Thierry Frémont round out the ensemble.

What is Liaison All About?
The magnitude of the danger Cassel and Green face is presented in a spectacular manner. Faced with increasingly severe cyberattacks, the United Kingdom suffered immense damage after another intrusion deactivated the Thames barrier, resulting in catastrophic flooding in the capital.
Gabriel Delange (Cassel), an ex-lover with whom Green's character has a tumultuous connection, first looks to be the perpetrator. The actions of Something Green's character in the past have left them on unstable terms with little trust, yet she still requires his assistance in determining who is truly behind it all.
Complete control of London's electricity grid could fall into the hands of criminals if the system fails. It will not be easy for either of them, however, as they must contend not just with their pasts but also with elite forces that will eliminate them if they make a single mistake.
Liaison Release Date
Liaison drops on Apple TV+ on Feb. 24. Additional episodes will be released every week until the series finale on Mar. 31.
The creators of the series have extensive experience with intricate, captivating thrillers. Liaison was written and created by Virginie Brac, who previously worked on Engrenages and authored numerous current crime dramas like Mortel and Cheyenne & Lola. Stephen Hopkins, director of the Emmy-winning 24 and The Life and Death of Peter Sellers, handled the series. In addition to Cassel, Gub Neal, Jean-Benoit Gillig, Sarada McDermott, Justin Thomson, and Edward Barlow, Hopkins acts as an executive producer. Co-producing are Ringside Studios and Leonis Productions.
