Lee Ga Ryeong’s youthful beauty in Love (ft. Marriage and Divorce)made people think she is way younger than her age.
Lee Ga Ryeong recently made noise when she starred in the drama Love (ft. Marriage and Divorce) alongside Park Joo Mi, Sung Hoon, Lee Tae Goon, and Lee Min Young.
The K-drama explores the lives of three women in their 30s, 40s, and 50s, and all their husbands commit infidelity. Lee Ga Ryeong starred and played the role of DJ Boo Hye Ryung, who got remarried to her ex-husband after being possessed by his late wife, Song Won.
After the drama, she gained positive responses for her acting as well as her youthful look. But the actress recently sat for an interview and revealed her real birth year.

Lee Ga Ryeong Says Her Acting Profile Is Not Correct
Lee Ga Ryeong began acting in 2012 when she made a cameo in the KBS2 drama, My Husband Got a Family. Her initial and current acting profile says that she was born in 1988. However, she is actually older than what fans think.
Per the Liver or Die actress, she was not able to change it as she never had an agency until recently.
“From the beginning of ‘Love (ft. Marriage and Divorce)’ until now, I’ve been managing my activities alone without an agency. I didn’t have a chance to modify my profile while working by myself, and I was too focused on filming during the three seasons of the drama to look back on other things,” she said.

For what it’s worth, she secured a contract with one of the top acting agencies in South Korea – IOK Company – in March. It is the home to several A-listers, including Jo In Sung, Go Hyun Jung, and Shin Hye Sung, to name a few.
So when she finally signed with them before Love (ft. Marriage and Divorce) ended, she decided to reveal her real age to everyone.

Ending
The actress went on to share how it felt like to see her series’ ending. Instead of feeling relieved, she reportedly began to feel sad as she was expecting to have season 4 after receiving demands since episode 1 aired.
Still, the series’ newly-ended season offered her a surprise as she did not know her character was going to be possessed by a spirit not until they filmed a third of the season 3.
“We didn’t film [the scenes] in order, so I filmed as Boo Hye Ryung one day, and Song Won another day. Without realizing it, I talked like Song Won instead of Boo Hye Ryung. I couldn’t get used to it quickly,” she went on.
