It's been more than a couple of decades since Space Jam was released, and now, NBA star LeBron James is finally moving forward with a sequel, and Black Panther director Ryan Coogler will serve as producer.
The NBA star's production company SpringHill Entertainment has revealed the first teaser image for Space Jam 2, and it shows a locker room of the new Tune Squad, including spots for James, director Terence Nance, Coogler, and Looney Toons icon Buggs Bunny.

The news comes after months of rumors about the sequel that started after James joined the Los Angeles Lakers.
They haven't revealed the plot for the film but it will probably feature aliens again just like the 1996 original film with Michael Jordan. It will likely feature other NBA stars as well so we'll just have to wait and see.
