Marvel fans might know very little about the plot details of Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3, but it looks like some are hoping to see music legend Lady Gaga make her way in the third entry of the Guardians of the Galaxy franchise.
According to Film Updates, there's a new rumor going around suggesting that Lady Gaga is actually being considered for the role of Lylla in Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3. Lylla, a new face in the franchise, is supposed to end up having a relationship with Rocket Racoon (Bradley Cooper).
Without any sources and any sort of confirmation, this report comes off as a pure rumor, however, fans seem to be very interested in seeing Lady Gaga play across Rocket Raccoon. Lylla's role would give the musician a chance to reunite with Bradley Cooper on the big screen, something which fans would like to see in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
Lady Gaga and Cooper became a fan-favorite pairing ever since the two acted opposite of each other in the latter's directorial debut, A Star Is Born. Fans loved their chemistry on screen, and it seems like some would like to see the same energy if and when they act across each other in Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3.
Of course, as exciting as a Gaga and Cooper reunion might sound, fans should be reminded that until this report receives some sort of confirmation from Gaga or from Marvel, then it remains nothing but a rumor. Let's wait and see what Marvel does.
