Kingsglaive: Final Fantasy XV Trailer Features the Voices of Sean Bean, Lena Headey & Aaron Paul

Kingsglaive: Final Fantasy XV, the CGI animated feature companion to the upcoming Final Fantasy XV game, has a new trailer, and if the teaser footage from the Uncovered event back in March wasn't enough to get you hyped, this epic preview probably will.

The epic is set in the world of Final Fantasy XV and involves the kingdom of Lucis defending a magical crystal from the invading empire of Niflheim. "Kingsglaive" refers to the magic-wielding royal guards of Lucis under the command of King Regis.

This is the first time we get to hear the voice talent from its English-language actors. Kingsglaive stars Aaron Paul (Breaking Bad, Need for Speed)as Nyx, a member of the Kingsglaive sworn to protect the oracle Lunafreya, played by Lena Headey (300Game of Thrones). Sean Bean (Lord of the Rings, Game of Thrones)will also star as King Regis.

Speaking to Polygon, director Takeshi Nozue said that the film has been well received in Japan, where was already release, and Square Enix plans to continue making movies.

Kingsglaive will receive a limited theatrical release in North America starting Aug. 19. The film will also be available as a digital download on Aug. 30 and on Blu-Ray and DVD on Oct. 4.

The Final Fantasy XV game launches on September 30 for Playstation 4 and Xbox One.
