Kim Tae Hee joins fellow Hallyu goddesses who are set for a comeback this 2022, in her case for the upcoming K-drama A House With A Yard.
Kim Tae Hee To Possibly Return to Small Screen with New tvN K-drama
In a report, a representative of Kim Tae Hee’s agency Story J Company confirmed that the actress received an offer to play one of the lead characters in the new tvN series and is currently “reviewing the offer.”
As for her character, the officials are yet to share which role she will be portraying.
Interestingly, if Kim Tae Hee officially accepts the offer, tvN’s A House With A Yard will be her comeback K-drama since the 2020 rom-com Hi Bye, Mama where she took the character of Cha Yu Ri together with Lee Kyu Hyung, Go Bo Gyul and child actor Seo Woo Jin.
Besides Kim Tae Hee, another celebrity courted to join the forthcoming drama is Kim Sung Oh.
In the same report, his agency Studio Santa Claus Entertainment said that the actor is positively reviewing the offer to join the cast in A House With A Yard.
Kim Sung Oh recently starred in the hit Netflix series A Model Family, playing the supporting character Choi Kang Joon and the North Korean Joint Task Force member Cha Mu Hyeok in Money Heist Korea.
Before Kim Tae Hee and Kim Sung Oh, Lim Ji Yeon of The Rose Mansion reportedly received an offer but her agency has yet to confirm whether the actress is positively reviewing to headline the series.

Apart from the interesting lineup, A House With A Yard will also feature director Jung Ji Hyun who is the genius behind the blockbuster series Search: WWW and Twenty Five, Twenty-One.
The forthcoming suspense thriller tvN series is based on the novel of the same name, which illustrates a housewife’s story, who used to enjoy happiness in her perfect house, but her once happy life was tainted with doubt after a suspicious incident arose.
A House With A Yard is an eight-episode series set to air through tvN sometime in 2023.

Kim Tae Hee on RAIN’s Cheating Scandal: Hallyu Queen Says ‘It’s Ridiculous'
Besides her possible comeback, Kim Tae Hee made it to headlines after her husband, RAIN, was involved in a cheating controversy.
It came after a magazine publication said that a top star who is described as a “family man” is having an affair with a professional golfer.
With hints, the public speculated that the celebrity might be RAIN; however, his agency immediately released a statement pointing out that the singer-actor is not the person behind the rumored actor.
As for Kim Tae Hee, Chosun reported that the Hallyu star finds the rumor “ridiculous.”
“It is a completely non-existent story, so we have no position to give,” the agency added.
In terms of the alleged mistress, the label said that “the professional golfer in the rumor and Kim Tae Hee have never seen each other before.”
On the other hand, netizens were not buying the issue and said that the Ghost Doctor star doesn't seem to be the type who engages himself in an affair.
