This week, a Korean citizen posted an allegation on Pann Nate's website revealing Actor K's wrongdoing. She claimed that a Korean star forced her to have an abortion after learning she got pregnant following unprotected intercourse with him. The same citizen added that Actor K's behavior changed after learning about her pregnancy before breaking up with her to safeguard his career.
She did not reveal who Actor K is, but she did inform everyone she had photos with him to prove their connection. However, multiple sources confirmed that Actor K is indeed Kim Seon Ho, and he immediately began losing everything after the reports emerged.
Kim Seon Ho Removed From High-Profile Advertisements
On Monday, several companies who scouted Kim Seon Ho to be their brands' model started removing ads featuring the Hometown Cha-Cha-Cha actor.
Domino's Pizza Korea deleted all the ads and commercials starring the actor before completely removing his name from its social media accounts. Canon Korea and Food Bucket also did the same thing and removed Kim Seon Ho from their posts.
Aside from his projects, Kim Seon Ho was prevented from holding his supposed Tuesday press conference following the success of the hit tvN series, Hometown Cha-Cha-Cha. According to The Korea Herald, Salt Entertainment chose to halt the interviews to safeguard the actor from being questioned regarding the issue.
The agency initially offered an apology after the emergence of Actor K's story. It remained silent until it offered another statement on Tuesday.
Salt Entertainment Releases Statement Regarding Kim Seon Ho's Issue
Days after the issue first bombarded Kim Seon Ho, Salt Entertainment said it had already taken steps to verify the truth. The agency reportedly began checking the facts surrounding the post and is expected to release a follow-up statement in the next few days.
With the cancelation of Kim Seon Ho's scheduled interview, his Hometown Cha-Cha-Cha co-star Shin Min-a has also been affected by the recent shocking allegations. Per Korea Times, their agencies reportedly agreed to postpone all post-activities after the season finale.
Since the Sunday posting, Kim Seon Ho has remained silent, but his fans stay hopeful that the truth will prove the actor's innocence as soon as possible.
