Previous reports revealed that her blood alcohol level on the day of the incident exceeded 0.08 percent, which was more than enough to revoke her license.

Kim Sae Ron’s Blood Alcohol Test Result Is Finally Out
On June 7, Kim Sae Ron’s agency, GOLD MEDALIST Entertainment, disclosed her blood alcohol content at the time of the accident.
Per the company, they learned that her blood test result was higher than what people thought it to be.
“On June 4, Kim Sae Ron diligently completed [cooperating] with police investigations into her charges of drunk driving and measures not taken after the accident, and it was confirmed through her blood test results that her blood alcohol content was approximately 0.2 percent, a level high enough for her driver’s license to be revoked,” it said.

As of press time, Kim Sae Ron reportedly spends her time reflecting on the incident. She has also started to plan how she would compensate for the damages she caused.
Still, the company assured everyone that she would take responsibility for what happened.
In the end, GOLD MEDALIST Entertainment apologized again to the people who suffered damages and fans who were disappointed by Kim Sae Ron’s actions.
Test Result Higher Than Previous Reported Level
The new development came after the Seoul Gangnam Police Station revealed that Kim Sae Ron’s blood alcohol level exceeded 0.08 percent. The officials did not divulge the exact number at that time, but they warned that she ultimately became subject to permanent suspension of her driver’s license.
The Korea Road Traffic Authority explains that a blood alcohol concentration of 0.08 percent or more can lead to the revocation of a person’s driver’s license.
“Blood Alcohol Content (BAC) is a measure of alcohol in the blood as a percentage. It is calculated in grams per 100 mL of blood, so a BAC of 0.08 means your blood is 0.08% alcohol by volume,” the University of Toledo website.
Kim Sae Ron has continuously lost her projects after the DUI.
