Kim Kardashian Teases American Horror Story Season 12 Debut


Ryan Murphy’s anthology series never fails to surprise fans as Kim Kardashian revealed being added as a new cast member in American Horror Story Season 12, alongside the returning star Emma Roberts. Check out Kim confirming her own debut in the tweet below:

As per a new report from The Hollywood Reporter, the reality star pop culture icon Kim K signed on to star in the upcoming Season 12 with a role specifically written for the actress.

“Kim [Kardashian] is among the biggest and brightest television stars in the world and we are thrilled to welcome her to the [American Horror Story] family,” AHS co-creator Murphy said.

“Emma [Roberts] and I are excited about collaborating with this true force in the culture.” Murphy continued on to tease what the American Horror Story writer has in store this season, “Halley Feiffer has written a fun, stylish, and ultimately terrifying role especially for Kim and this season is ambitious and unlike anything we have ever done.”

As compared to AHS’ previous seasons, American Horror Story Season 12 is set to adapt a novel titled Delicate Condition, which is written by Danielle Valentine. The novel, while is only set to be released this August, revolves around a woman encountering an ominous figure that threatens her pregnancy.

It remains to be seen as to how Kim Kardashian and Emma Roberts’ characters will work on screen, nor how much of the season will stay loyal to the novel. However, it is worth noting that Roberts already had a handful of experiences on American Horror Story by portraying different characters.

Kim Kardashian and Emma Roberts are set to join the first cast member to be announced for AHS Season 12, The Resident star Matt Czuchry.

Ryan Murphy’s American Horror Story Season 12 has yet to confirm its release date, however, it is scheduled to begin shooting in New York City in late April.
