There’s no wonder why the actor looked perfect even at 41, it is because of paying attention to what he eats.
According to Koreaboo, Kim Ji Hoon’s diet includes intermittent fasting or an eating pattern that switches between fasting and eating.
The actor started this in February 2020 in preparation for his Kdrama Flower of Evil.
Kim Ji Hoon wanted to shed weight and tone his body through exercise.

Kim Ji Hoon’s Diet Tips
Interestingly, he has some tips for those who want to start this eating habit.
“If you’re trying intermittent fasting for the first time, make sure to follow the 8:16 hour eating schedule. And make sure in those 8 hours you do eat, you eat all the calories and nutrients that you would need in a day,” he said, adding that if not, it will be exhausting.
Moreover, the actor also said that intermittent fasting worked for him and find it much “easier” than having three meals a day.
