Kevin Hart's Car Accident Injuries Will Not Delay Jumanji: The Next Level

People have been understandably concerned about Kevin Hart after the comedian was involved in a major vehicular accident during Labor Day Weekend. Interestingly, some of the concern had a lot to do with the possible delay of Hart's upcoming film Jumanji: The Next Level as well as other big projects. Luckily, it looks like the Dwayne Johnson movie will not be affected.

A report from TMZ confirms that Hart has already completed work on the Jumanji sequel as the film has already wrapped production back in May. Of course, there is still a possibility of some reshoots but it looks like the movie is already in post-production.

Hart has also finished working on Fatherhood, a comedy-drama that follows a single dad trying to raise his daughter. The film will also star Alfre Woodard, Melody Hurd, Lil Rel Howery, Paul Reiser, and DeWanda Wise and is scheduled for release on April 3, 2020.

Although fans won't need to worry about the previously-mentioned movies, Hart might not be able to work immediately on My Own Worst Enemy, which is currently in pre-production. Likewise, it could mean trouble for the live-action Monopoly film. For now, Hart is attached to both projects. Unfortunately, there is a possibility that both movies will either be delayed or Hart could be replaced to stay on schedule.

Hart was involved in a three-person vehicular accident on Sunday, September 1 where he reportedly suffered from several back injuries. The actor has undergone three surgeries to fix his spinal problems and is currently in recovery.
