Jumanji Star Kevin Hart Still Suffering Severe Pain From Multiple Spinal Fractures

It has been a few days since Kevin Hart was involved in a major vehicular accident during Labor Day weekend. Unfortunately, the Jumanji: The Next Level star is still suffered intense pain from several spinal injuries.

A source informed TMZ that Hart underwent several surgeries on Sunday, September 1. Two surgeries were in the thoracic part of his spine while one involved the lumbar. Although the procedure was successful, Hart needed to be heavily sedated following the surgeries because he was still suffering from intense pain.

It is good to know that Hart has already received the surgery he needs but it's still depressing to know that he continues to suffer. There is little doubt that Hart will need to undergo physical therapy once he has recovered. Unfortunately, this may take several weeks or even months which means that the comedian could be out of the limelight for a long time. We're certainly hoping for his speedy recovery.

Hart was involved in a three-person vehicular accident after his vintage Plymouth Barracuda ended up in a ditch off of the Mulholland Highway. The actor was not the one driver but he and the driver Jared Black both suffered serious injuries. The two were accompanied by Black's fiance, celebrity trainer Rebecca Broxterman during the disastrous drive. Broxterman was pinned in the backseat of the car but did not have major injuries.

Hart will reprise his role as Franklin 'Mouse' Finbar in Jumanji: The Next Level, which also stars Dwayne Johnson, Jack Black, and Karen Gillan. The film is scheduled for release on December 13.
