Kevin Feige Says Loki has Bigger Impact on MCU Than WandaVision and The Falcon and The Winter Soldier

There is little doubt that the Disney+ shows have given us some interesting developments in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. However, Kevin Feige says that Loki is the series that will have the biggest influence on the future of the MCU.

Disney+ has already released two amazing MCU shows this year. In addition to the sitcom-inspired WandaVision, fans got to see Sam Wilson and Bucky Barnes in action in The Falcon and The Winter Soldier. Both shows have thrilled audiences with their amazing revelations. However, Feige insists that the best has yet to come.

The Marvel Studios boss recently spoke to Empire Magazine where he stated that Loki will be huge for the MCU.

"It's tremendously important. It perhaps will have more impact on the MCU than any of the shows thus far," Feige said. He then compared the upcoming series with the shows that have already debuted on Disney+.

"What everybody thought about WandaVision and The Falcon And The Winter Soldier, which was sort of true, is even more sort of true for Loki," Feige said cryptically.

That's an interesting statement considering that both WandaVision and The Falcon and The Winter Soldier dropped some major developments. In WandaVision, we finally got to see the real Scarlet Witch. In addition to that, The Falcon and The Winter Soldier introduced Sam Wilson as the new Captain America.

We're not sure what to expect in Loki but we're certainly looking forward to being amazed.

Loki stars Tom Hiddleston as the God of Mischief. The series will premiere on Disney+ on June 9, 2021.
