“Brandon’s sat back and stewed for years now while Kelly painted him as the ultimate bad guy. He’s always said there are two sides to this story and one day he’ll correct the myths and clear his name. He figures this is a great time to drop a tell-all. Since his spousal support is locked in, there’s no gag order on him and it’ll be great to stick it to Kelly ahead of her taking Ellen DeGeneres’ TV slot in the fall.”

As Globe Magazine previously reported, Kelly Clarkson shelled out a huge settlement to Brandon Blackstock, paying her former manager a one-time $1.3 million chunk and $160,000 a month in spousal and child support for their children. However, Brandon has reportedly been a thorn in Kelly’s side over every little thing since their divorce.
Brandon Blackstock got the court to agree to let him live on her Montana ranch until this month and even dragged Kelly Clarkson back to court in March when a judge ordered that she disable the 13 outdoor security cameras monitoring the property. That allegedly fueled his taste for revenge against the American Idol alum by painting her as an evil witch publicly after she has made him the bad guy in their divorce battles.

An unnamed informant told the magazine that Brandon Blackstock “is always asking for more and being a constant thorn in her side.” It added:
“He will spend most of the summer in Montana and will have unlimited access to the ranch. He plans on traveling to Los Angeles to see the kids, but it won’t be on a routine basis.”
Most, if not all, fans are aware that Brandon Blackstock is receiving $115,000 in alimony until January 2024 and $45,601 in child support even if Kelly Clarkson has primary custody of River and Remington. Once the “Since You’ve Been Gone” hitmaker sells the Montana ranch, Brandon will receive approximately $908,800 since the property is worth about $17.7 million.
