BRZRKR (pronounced as berserker) is coming to the screens as Netflix announced that the comic series of BRZRKR will be having both a live-action film and an anime series adaptation and Keanu Reeves, the co-author, and co-creator of the comics would be starring the film and voicing the anime.

BRZRKR is a brutally epic saga that follows an immortal warrior who has been fighting for 80,000 years. Known as B, the character of Reeves, B is cursed and compelled to violence putting his sanity on the line as he is also half-mortal and half-god, a demigod. After being a wandered for such a long time, B finds refuge as he got to work with the US Government where he would be facing battles that are too dangerous and violent for humans.

This would be in exchange for something, one thing he really desires, his sought-after truth about his endless blood-soaked life, the reason for it, and how to put an end to it.

Brzrkr is a comic series that is published by BOOM! Studios. It is created by Keanu Reeves and Matt Kindt who is known for writing with New York Times. The comics are illustrated by Ron Garney, an illustrator for Marvel, colored by Bill Crabtree, lettered by Clem Robins, and characters designed by Rafael Grampá. It is a 12-issue limited series. The first issue marked the highest-selling debut in 30 years.

Keanu Reeves is known for his roles in Youngblood, Point Break, The Matrix, The Lake House, John Wick, among many others.

Netflix is the one to develop both the live-action film and the anime series and it is expected that both will be appearing on the said streaming platform.
