Katherine Langford Talks Being Cut From Avengers: Endgame and If She Would Return to the MCU

Now that Disney+ is available, many of us were able to see Katherine Langford as an older version of Tony Stark's daughter Morgan Stark in Avengers: Endgame and we can safely say that we're glad it was cut. Having Iron Man sacrifice his life to save the universe is major enough and some convoluted bit where he enters the Soul Stone to see the future would have just lessened its impact.

That being said, it sucks when actors get cut from movies but the 13 Reasons Why and Knives Out star wasn't too bummed about it. During an interview with Smallzy, Langford revealed that if she was going to get cut from a movie, at least it was something big like Endgame. The actress is also just happy to have this memory, which the world can now see due to Disney+ being a thing.

Interestingly enough, when asked if she would return to the MCU, Langford revealed that she had to stay silent on the matter for a long time, which made her a bit anxious. Despite the fear and anxiety, Langford reveals that she would "love to" return to the MCU. Whether it's as Morgan Stark or another character remains to be seen but we're open to anything.

We also want to point out how Marvel seems to be more open to recasting minor actors for bigger roles, like Gemma Chan and Mahershala Ali. Will Katherine Langford be one of them? Or will a deleted scene from Avengers: Endgame be her only contribution to the MCU? Let's wait and see.

Avengers: Endgame is now available on Disney+, along with Blu-Ray and DVD.
