But recent reports from Star alleged that Kate Middleton doesn’t just want to have another baby; she is already pregnant with baby number four. The publication also claimed that Middleton and Prince William were already able to inform the members of the royal family about the matriarch’s pregnancy.
“There are whispers that William told the queen just prior to her passing, which makes it even more of a blessing. They’d literally just found out. She was so happy for them,” the source said (via IBTimes).

King Charles, Prince Harry, And Meghan Markle Allegedly Aware That Kate Middleton Is Pregnant
King Charles, Prince Harry, and Meghan Markle also allegedly had similar reactions after learning that Middleton is expecting her fourth child.
The source claimed that the monarch is looking forward to the arrival of his grandchild because King Charles has been making it a point to spend as much time as he can with them.
“Whatever Charles lacked as a father to William and his brother, Prince Harry, he’s making it up now to his grandchildren. He loves playing with George, Charlotte, and Louis, and will tease them until they giggle,” the source said.
Prince Harry, on the other hand, sent Prince William a note wishing him and Middleton well. The Duke of Sussex also called his sister-in-law and told her how nice it was to see her, according to the publication.
Kate Middleton Suffered From Hyperemesis Gravidarum During Her 3 Pregnancies
During her first three pregnancies, Middleton suffered from hyperemesis gravidarum or extreme morning sickness. And according to the source, the mom of three is also experiencing similar symptoms during her fourth pregnancy.
In fact, this allegedly was one of the reasons why Prince William didn’t want Middleton to get pregnant again because he saw her struggles while carrying Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis in her womb.
“He remembers how sick she got and did not want to put her through that again. Kate assured him she would be fine. She’s pushing through knowing it will be worth it in the end,” the source said.
As of writing, Kensington Palace has not yet confirmed or denied the reports claiming that Middleton is pregnant again.
