There are a lot of things to love about Avengers: Infinity War, but one of the more visually striking scenes has to be Thanos' reveal that he has captured Nebula (Karen Gillan) and has pulled her apart in a means to torture her. A lot of BTS has been revealed about the movie with the home release, and we gave a new image of Gillan behind the scenes of her torture scene.
What I really loved about the scene was how it began with Nebula looking pretty standard only to change perspective and reveal that she has been pulled apart by Thanos. It's amazing how, when we first meet Nebula, she's one of the villain's lackeys, and now she's grown to be an ally of the Guardians.
Though Nebula didn't really do much in Infinity War, she's going to have some role to take over, seeing that she is one of the only two Guardians to survive the snap. It's even curious if she could be considered a Guardian at all, seeing that she actually decided to separate from the group.
Either way, Gillan is fantastic, and I want to see more of her come the sequel. I bet she has a lot to discuss with Rocket about her team and how to undo what Thanos did.
Avengers: Infinity War is now available for home release.
