Kanye West, now legally known as Ye, has opened up about his split from Kim Kardashian, stating that he still considers her his wife in an interview.
Ye appeared on an episode of the Drink Champs podcast, where he talked about Kim, his political stance, and his beef with Drake.
West talked about his former partner during the show, stating that “She’s still my wife.” West added that he feels like he is still married to her, and he still refers to her as his wife. West joined the podcast with fellow rappers Noreaga and DJ EFN.
West appeared to be in good spirits during the show, smoking a joint and sipping on Hennessy and Hibiki whiskey.

While West may still not be over his ex, Kardashian has clearly moved on. The “Keeping Up With The Kardashians” star had recently started a new relationship with “Saturday Night Live” comedian Pete Davidson.
The two have been spotted on two different dates. Reports of their romance began when they were spotted holding hands at a theme park.
Ye Talks About His Beef With Drake
West stated that he confronted Drake about his ex-wife on a group text that included Drake, Kid Cudi, Pusha T, Jay-Z, Kardashian, and Travis Scott. West said he directly confronted him about his lyrics, which implied that he had sex with Kim.
“I had this conversation with Drake that’s like, ‘I never **** Kim,’ but I was like, ‘But you acted like you did… Did you ever DM her?,” West recalled.

West also addressed questions of whether or not he would face Drake on Verzuz, a webcast series that pits artists in a virtual DJ battle using their songs. West answered with a confident “absolutely,” stating that he would win every situation if the battle did happen.
Further talking about Drake, West claims that the rapper hadn’t only created a diss song but he has set up a war. West said Drake is the type of person who would DM every single woman in your family.

During the podcast, West made a lot of unbelievable statements that raised some eyebrows. In the show, West claimed that he had been “shadow-banned” from Twitter. He also claimed that he was now worth more than $9 billion.
West also attempted to push his right-wing agenda and theories, including talking about how Margaret Sanger pushed birth control to limit the growth of the Black population.
West also reiterated his political stance, saying that he still continues to support Trump. He added that he still wears the “red hat,” referring to the popular “Make America Great Again” hats Trump used during his campaign. West made it clear during the podcast that it was where he stood, and no one could change his mind.
