OK! Magazine, in its upcoming Nov. 8, 2021 issue, claimed that Kate Middleton and Prince William are already expecting baby No. 4. The entertainment news outlet said it is one of the reasons why the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge appear so happy recently.
An unnamed insider told the publication:
“They’ve been acting so excited lately, and the buzz is that Kate could be three months along already – with a girl. Kate always has a feeling about these things, and she guessed correctly with her three previous pregnancies. They’ve told the kids they should expect a sibling soon. They can’t wait – especially Charlotte, who will finally have a little sister.”

Most, if not all, followers of Kate Middleton are aware that she had rough pregnancies in the past. As a matter of fact, it was revealed that the wife of Prince William suffered through hyperemesis gravidarum with each of her three children. The duchess even divulged that she is not the happiest of pregnant people.
The unidentified source claimed that Kate Middleton has been struggling with morning sickness already despite the fact that she is in very good shape right now. It added:
“She was experiencing nausea just weeks ago that appeared to cause her weight to drop somewhere around 96 pounds. But she’s feeling much better now and looks radiant.”
The magazine reported that Queen Elizabeth was very pleased about Kate Middleton and Prince William’s pregnancy news. Her Majesty was reportedly dismayed after she was forced to cancel some of her royal engagements following her hospitalization last week.
A third tipster said:
“Kate and William were so happy to be able to give her something to celebrate in the midst of her health crisis. There were tears of joy. It’s been an extremely difficult time for Her Majesty, grieving the loss of her husband, Prince Philip, and the separating from Prince Harry, who was always the apple of her eye. They only wish Philip were here because he would have been thrilled to welcome another great-grandchild.”

It added that Meghan Markle and Prince Harry were the last members of the royal family to find out about Kate Middleton and Prince William’s alleged fourth pregnancy, saying:
“That had to do more with the difference in time zones, but word has gotten back that they were a little miffed to be so far down the chain of communication. Kate and William still hope to see the day that they can put their differences with the Sussexes aside and see all of their children happily playing together.”
