Kaguya-Sama: Love is War Chapter 247 Recap
Ishigami struggles with the task Shinomiya gave him. He and Iino can't bring themselves to tell Shirogane that Kaguya is dropping out of school. Despite Iino's remark that Shinomiya's request is a sign of trust, Ishigami keeps messaging his friend and urging her to talk to the President herself.
Iino and Ishigami can't understand what Shinomiya's problem is, so they ask Nagisa Kashiwagi who is also part of a traditional Japanese family. Kashiwagi tells them that Shinomiya's family is likely trying to marry her off to improve their social standing. The couple is shocked to hear that and they start wondering whether Kaguya and Miyuki will eventually have to break up.
Kashiwagi meets Mikado in the corridor and asks him if all is going according to his plan, and he coldly replies that it is so. Could he be the Shinomiya's family intended match for Kaguya? Or could he be trying to save her from their influence? Hopefully, we'll soon get to find out.
The Chapter ends in a sad tone, with Shinomiya eventually calling the President, telling him she's been happy with him but they should break up.

Kaguya-Sama Love Is War Chapter 248 is going to be released next Friday, the 24th of December in Japan. In Europe, Canada, and the US, it will be available from December 23 onwards.
