Kaguya-Sama: Love is War Chapter 246 Recap
If the fact that Iino invited Ishigami in her room had you thinking they would at least kiss, think again. For the time being, they only hold hands, and Iino is actually very matter-of-fact about it. Ishigami is shocked by her ability to calmly talk about the student council's future while holding hands with him. As for himself, he can barely concentrate.
Iino thinks she'll stay on and become the Student President, as she's always dreamed. At the same time, she realizes that the values she associated it all with as a child are largely artificial.
As the conversation goes on and on, Ishigami starts to wonder if Iino's behavior even shows that she has feelings for him. But when Iino leans on him, admitting her need for love and support, there's little doubt left. In many ways, I liked how awkward and yet organic this first romantic moment was. Iino is so comfortable with Ishigami that holding hands just feels so natural she doesn't need to make a huge deal out of it, which is refreshing.
The atmosphere is ruined for good, however, when Ishigami receives a phone call. Kaguya finally breaks her silence, asking them to tell Miyuki that she's dropping out. But why? After this cliffhanger, chapter 247 can't come fast enough!
Kaguya-Sama: Love is War Chapter 246 Release Date
Kaguya-Sama Love Is War Chapter 247 is going to be released next Friday, the 17th of December in Japan. In Europe, Canada, and the US, it will be available from December 16 onwards.
