Jujutsu Kaisen Volume 19, One Piece Volume 102 Top Shoseki Daily Ranking


It's an exciting week for Shonen Jump with a lot of awesome new manga volumes being dropped on Monday. So how did the new titles do at the Shoseki Daily Rankings on the first Monday of April? Not surprisingly, Jujutsu Kaisen Volume 19 and One Piece Volume 102 are topping the ranks with explosive debuts!

The Shoseki Daily Ranking for April 4 has been revealed and Shonen Jump's new titles are evidently selling like pancakes. Jujutsu Kaisen Volume 19 takes the top spot while One Piece Volume 102 taking a close second. In addition to that, Black Clover Volume 32 took the Top 6 spot on Monday while Elusive Samurai Volume 5 takes the Top 8 spot.

It's not exactly a huge surprise that the new Jujutsu Kaisen and One Piece volumes are doing so well. After all, both mangas have been amazing sellers in the past and this week is no different. We're still waiting for Oricon to drop the sales numbers to see which title sold more copies so stay tuned for more updates on this story.

Jujutsu Kaisen Volume 19 is officially titled Tokyo No.1 Colony: Angry Man ("Tokyo Dai-Ichi Koroni -Okoreru Otoko-") features Hiromi Higuruma on the cover art, as illustrated by Gege Akutami. The tankobon consists of a huge bulk of the first chapters of the Tokyo No. 1 Colony arc where Higuruma is the main antagonist.

One Piece Volume 102, which is titled The Pivotal Clash ("Tennozan") features Monkey D. Luffy on the cover where he is flanked by Vinsmoke Sanji and Roronoa Zoro. The tankobon consists of Chapters 1026 to 1035, which include the action-packed Sanji vs Queen as well as Zoro vs King.

Both Jujutsu Kaisen Volume 19 and One Piece Volume 102 are out now.
