One Piece Episode A Volume Release Date Announced

One Piece is celebrating its 25th anniversary this year which means A LOT of awesome content will be dropped in 2022. The latest update on the franchise is a great one for Portgas D. Ace fans. One Piece Episode A is finally being released as a solo volume and the new tankobon will be dropping this year!

The update comes from the official One Piece Twitter account which confirms that One Piece Episode A is going to be released in a single volume. To celebrate the tankobon's upcoming release, a new key visual for the manga has been dropped as well. Check it out below.

This is great news and a welcome update considering that fans are expecting a lot of new content for One Piece's 25th anniversary this year. With that in mind, we're looking forward to One Piece Episode A's solo volume in August.

One Piece Episode A is based on the two-part novel series One Piece Novel A which was written by Shou Hinata (Vol. 1) and Tatsuya Hamazaki (Vol. 2). The manga itself illustrated by Boichi and storyboarded by Ryo Ishiyama, and follows Portgas D. Ace's journey as a pirate. Episode A consists of four chapters which were originally in One Piece Magazine Volumes 10 to 13 from September 2020 to December 2021. Needless to say, getting the chapters compiled in a single volume will be a great addition to any One Piece fan's collection.

The Episode A volume is not the only thing dropping this August. It has already been confirmed that One Piece Magazine Volume 15 will also be released on the same day. With that in mind, August 3rd is going to be an exciting date for One Piece fans.

One Piece Episode A will be released on August 3, 2022.
