Nanami may not be among the most popular characters based on manga popularity polls, but there’s no doubt that he is one of the biggest fan favorites among international Jujutsu Kaisen fans.
Because of this, it’s no surprise that Nanami springing into action drove fans crazy.

Jujutsu Kaisen’s Latest Episode Sees Nanami Spring Into Action
Jujutsu Kaisen's previous episode mostly focused on Yuji and Megumi in action. Plus, it also showed Toji Fushiguro making a surprise comeback.
The new episode sees Yuji and Megumi destroying one of the veils. However, it also shows Nanami discovering Ijichi’s body, which he then escorts to safety.
Soon, the scene shifts to Nobara as she splits up with Maki and Naobito Zen’in. With Nitta in tow, Nobara gets attacked by Haruta, who proceeds to injure both of them.
Nanami arrives in the nick of time, showing off just how powerful he is by taking down Haruta with ease. After this, Nanami tells Nobara and Nitta to rest up as he proceeds to help Maki and Naobito.
Elsewhere, Mei Mei and Ui Ui face off against the fake Geto. Finally, the episode ends with Yuji coming face to face with Choso, who is keen to get revenge for his brothers’ deaths.

Fans Are Going Wild Over Nanami in the Newest Episode
The latest episode saw a lot of things happen, and Nanami’s part in it wasn’t particularly long. Even though it was not a long scene, Nanami’s entrance and brutal beatdown of Haruta drove fans wild.
Specifically, fans praised how fearsome and cool Nanami looked in the new episode, prompting many to praise how MAPPA animated the moment in the anime.
With how well the Nanami moment was received, fans will likely be driven into an even bigger frenzy in the next episodes. After all, based on the manga’s events, there will be even more Nanami scenes to expect.
Fans will have to wait a week for the next Jujutsu Kaisen episode though. Plus, based on how the episode ended, we’re likely going to see Yuji and Choso fight next.
