Maki and Noritoshi discuss the aftermath of the battle with Naoya and their complicated feelings about their families.
Before changing scenery, we see Noritoshi's mother talking to his little brother about him, saying she chose a taboo name for him so that he would leave as soon as possible and return to her.
Finally, we move to Tokyo No. 1 Colony where Megumi and Yuji are staying with an angelic-looking girl named Hana Kurusu.
Hana, who sports a mouth where no mouth should be -- much like Yuji when Sukuna manifests -- reveals that she wishes to purge all of the incarnated players.
Even more, interestingly, she reveals that she can help undo the seal that holds Satoru Gojo, but there's a catch.
To do so, she must purge an incarnated player called "the Fallen."
In their private domain, Sukuna explains to Yuji that he's "the Fallen," complicating their relationship even further.

We expect the two-hundred milestone to be epic; reported leaks confirm that the dilemma of whether to kill Yuji in order to eliminate Sukuna will be at the forefront of Jujutsu Kaisen Chapter 200.
Yuji is back after a long time, Megumi now knows of a way to unseal Satoru Gojo, and Hana is revealed to be Sukuna's enemy.
Is there any way for Sukuna to be defeated without killing Yuji?
According to released spoilers, Yuji will adopt Sukuna's hairstyle and expressions, presumably in an attempt to show Megumi that he's ok with being killed if it's going to mean bringing Gojo Satoru back.
These are bittersweet moments in the fandom, as Yuji and Megumi are characters we've been with from the beginning and their interactions give fans a lot of joy.
