In Chapter 194 of Jujutsu Kaisen Noritoshi continues fighting against Naoya to ensure that Maki remains safe.
Compared to previous chapters, this is a more introspective one, with Noritoshi reflecting on his past as a member of the Kamo clan.
Central in his reminiscence is his mother. Noritoshi thinks that his mother might blame him for failing to become clan leader and give her a rightful place in the house. Moreover, he struggles with the idea that his mother has a new life he's no part of.
But this retrospection doesn't prevent Noritoshi from fighting; quite the contrary. Noritoshi keeps fighting to the point of using his own blood for his Cursed Technique, putting his life at risk.
Introspection and using life-threatening methods can both be interpreted as foreshadowings of character death.
