Ishigori goes to where Yuta is and starts explaining how he doesn't really have any regrets in his first life. However, there seems to be an unexplainable thirst that hasn't been satisfied just yet. By using food as an analogy, Ishigori says his life didn't get to have a taste of dessert.
Ishigori and Yuta start exchanging physical blows. Yuta instantly notices Ishigori's strength, taking note that he has a high cursed energy output. Ishigori also seems to possess quick movement, which forces Yuta to be more cautious with defending himself.
Yuta attacks Ishigori's back, but Ishigori counterattacks and sends Yuta flying. Ishigori says he remains unsatisfied because he hasn't filled up his "hunger" yet. He follows after Yuta and uses Granite Blast.
Yuta deflects the attack and hits him back. Ishigori asks him if he's the "dessert" he's been waiting for. He sends him flying once again, and Uro shows up, hitting Yuta with her Thin Ice Breaker technique.
Ishigori gets mad because of Uro's interference. She tells him to shut up and targets him for another attack. Ishigori notices that Yuta seems to be getting tired, making him think that he isn't the "dessert" he's looking for after all.
Considering the current situation, Yuta realizes that he isn't going to be able to keep the civilians far away from Ishigori and Uro for much longer. With that, he summons Rika.

Jujutsu Kaisen Chapter 178 Spoilers, Summary
It looks like the Rika now is somewhat similar to a storage drive of cursed techniques and cursed energy. Yuta can use Rika and these techniques through the ring, although there is a time limit.
Yuta uses Inumaki's cursed technique to attack Uro, telling her not to move. Rika and Yuta fight Uro together, then Yuta says "love," resulting in Rika blocking Ishigori's attack.
While Yuta and Uro are fighting, he creates something from his hair. Uro claims that the Fujiwara keep interfering with her and asks if the clan is scared of her potential.
A shikigami hits Uro, and she notices that it's Dhruv's. She realizes that Yuta's cursed technique has something to do with copying. Yuta, Rika, Uro, and Ishigori continue to fight.
Yuta tells Uro he's unaware of what his ancestors did in the past, and he also says something about how limiting it is if a person only lives for themselves.
Uro says that statement only applies to people who are already significant. The chapter ends with Yuta, Uro, and Ishigori casting their domain expansions.
