The Culling Game has finally started! Itadori, Fushiguro, Panda, Hakari, and Kirara begin preparations for entering the barriers. Kenjaku is back in this chapter, revealing a shocking detail about Itadori to one of his seniors from the Occult Research club.
Jujutsu Kaisen Chapter 160 Recap
The chapter begins with Kenjaku talking to Sasaki, one of Itadori's seniors from the Occult Research club. Kenjaku says that the people who start from inside of the barrier have the option of leaving, but only once. He says that if Sasaki doesn't want to participate, she will wake up outside the barrier. She asks him if she's dreaming. He tells her that the space between dreams and reality is a curse. He walks her outside of the barrier, and we see the killing has already started in the background. Before Sasaki awakens, Kenjaku thanks her for getting along with his son.
Iguchi and Sasaki meet. He tells her about his dream, referring to Kenjaku. Sasaki asks him if the man also told him something about his son. Iguchi says no, and Sasaki thinks that Kenjaku was referring to Itadori.
Meanwhile, Itadori and the others can't find the Angel on the list of Culling Game players. Although, Tengen did tell them the location. The group decides to split up — Hakari and Panda will go to Tokyo No. 2 colony, while Megumi and Yūji go to the No. 1 colony. Kirara is stationed outside the barriers so that someone can keep an eye on the situation outside.
Yūji thinks he and Megumi shouldn't be paired together because of Sukuna. The two of them argue over it for a moment, but Panda tells them to stop. The chapter ends with Hakari, Panda, Itadori, and Fushiguro, ready to enter the barrier in their Jujutsu High uniforms.

Jujutsu Kaisen Chapter 161 Spoilers, Summary
Before entering the barrier, Megumi warns Yūji about sorcerers from the past who probably got incarnated since they're more deadly than usual. He also thinks that Higuruma and Kashimo are reincarnations from the past. Once getting inside the barrier, their first objective is to look for Higuruma, but the two of them are separated after getting teleported to different locations. Itadori starts falling midair, while a girl whose hair is shaped like a jet starts to attack. He successfully blocks the attack, but a guy with a helicopter hat shows up.
Meanwhile, Megumi defeated a girl who attacked him. He tried to look for Itadori using Nue, to no avail, which means that Itadori's more than 2 kilometers away. Megumi asks the girl to bring him to Higuruma — but the girl says he has to become her personal knight first. He agrees but says that he'll kill her if he finds out that she's lying.
