Joss Whedon Reportedly Harassed Gal Gadot During Filming of Justice League Reshoots

We've all heard stories over the last couple of months about Joss Whedon's peculiar on-set behavior during Justice League's filming but for the most part, Ray Fisher has been the only actor so far who has come out to expose the director and his "abusive" and "unprofessional" ways. Apparently, he isn't the only person who got a taste of Whedon's ill-treatment of stars.

A new feature from The Hollywood Reporter (via ScreenRant) claims that even actress Gal Gadot was once on the receiving end of Whedon's on-set abuse and according to them, the Wonder Woman actress had a heated clash with the Avengers director.

Their differences between the two reportedly could not be settled which even got to a point where Whedon allegedly harassed Gadot and threatened her career if she doesn't comply with any of his filming demands. The report also states that the actress wasn't happy with the direction her character was going which was the root of their misunderstanding.

As of writing, Gadot has yet to respond to the claims but she has previously openly voiced her support for Justice League co-star Ray Fisher amid his tension-filled issues not only with Whedon but with DC Films President Walter Hamada and former DC executive and renowned comic book writer Geoff Johns.

The allegations have yet to be proven but it's worth noting that more actors who have previously worked with Joss have come out to also expose the director. Just recently, Buffy the Vampire Slayer and Angel actress Charisma Carpenter have joined the #IStandWithRayFisher movement and accused Whedon of being abusive on the set of the iconic TV series.

The growing number of actors who are now coming out to open up about their respective experiences with Whedon isn't a good sign for the director who could ultimately lose his entire career. Let's just see how everything plays out in the end and hopefully, truth and justice will prevail.

Gal Gadot is expected to return for Wonder Woman 3.
