Jonathan Majors had 3 Other Secret Roles in Loki Season Finale

There is little doubt that seeing Jonathan Majors as He Who Remains in the Loki Season 1 finale was an awesome treat for fans. However, it looks like the Lovecraft Country star actually played three different characters a little earlier in the series.

In Loki Episode 4, we finally got to meet the Time-Keepers as Loki and Sylvie were taken to the mysterious beings. The Time-Keepers declare that the two need to be deleted but Loki and Sylvie fight back with the help of Hunter B-15. When Sylvie beheads one of the Time-Keepers, it is revealed they are just androids being controlled by a completely different being who turns out to be He Who Remains.

The Time-Keepers may not have been who we were hoping they would be but they were played by a brilliant actor. Loki director Kate Herron has just confirmed that Majors provided the voice for all three Time-Keepers.

"Something that was really fun for me was we hadn't, for example, cast the voice of the Time Keepers yet, because you know Wizard of Oz was an obvious reference of ours," she told Entertainment Weekly before revealing that they chose the best possible actor for the role.

"I was like, 'Oh, let's get Jonathan to do it, because he's an amazing character actor,'" Herron said. She then revealed that Majors gave them a variety of voices to work with.

"We sent him the art of all the characters and it was really fun [because] he was sending us all of these different voices he could do for each character, which was great," Herron stated.

It's great to know that Majors had a lot of fun as he portrayed not one but four characters in total in the first season of Loki. However, we'll be seeing more of the actor in the Marvel Cinematic Universe soon. Majors is set to play another Variant of Kang the Conqueror in Ant-Man and The Wasp: Quantumania in 2023.

All episodes of Loki are now streaming on Disney+. Loki Season 2 has already been confirmed but has not yet been given an official release date. Majors returns in Ant-Man and The Wasp: Quantumania, which is scheduled for release on February 17, 2023.
