It has been a long wait but JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Stone Ocean is finally back with new episodes. The second cour of the anime's fifth season, which consists of 12 new episodes, has just been dropped on Netflix and fans have been binging on the series in the past few hours. So it's no surprise that people are already pointing out some major changes in Hirohiko Araki's characters. For instance, it looks like Netflix had given Sports Maxx's Stand a new name and nobody is happy about it!

In the manga, Sports Maxx is a Stand user wielding Limp Bizkit. For obvious reasons, the Stand's name is localized to Flaccid Pancake. However, the anime introduces the Stand as Limp Viscuit or simply V.

First of all, it's a ridiculous change and we're not alone in the frustration. Several JoJo's Bizarre Adventure fans are sharing their thoughts on the switch and it looks like we're all unhappy about it.

Although Flaccid Pancake got a different name in Stone Ocean Part 2, the Stand's abilities remain the same. The Stand can control the reanimated corpses of people and animals around him. After Sports Maxx dies, the Stand preserved his body and spirit, turning him into a zombie.

For now, Flaccid Pancake will be known as Limp Viscuit in the anime. However, there is a possibility that this will change when Stone Ocean Part 2 is released in Japan in October. Stay tuned for more updates on this story.

The second cour of Stone Ocean only covered nine new story arcs of Hirohiko Araki's manga. Since the anime is expected to adapt the entire manga, there's a huge possibility that a third cour is already in the works. Hopefully, Netflix will be able to properly promote the next chapter of Jolyne's story since the second cour barely got any promotions in the weeks leading up to its premiere.

JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Stone Ocean Part 2 makes up Episodes 13 to 24 of the anime. All 24 episodes are now streaming on Netflix.
