JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Stone Ocean Fans Freak Out Over Narciso Anasui's Return

JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Stone Ocean Part 2 is finally here and the 12 new episodes are just as exciting as expected. However, there's another reason why fans are freaking out over the anime's second cour. Narciso Anasui has finally returned in Episode 15 and people are loving the Green Dolphin Street Prison inmate just as much as he loves Jolyne Cujoh.

Narciso Anasui only appeared briefly in Stone Ocean Episode 10 when Emporio Alnino introduced Jolyne to Weather Report. In the episode, Anasui simply looked at Jolyne and walked out of the room. Despite the brief appearance, fans were hyped up for Anasui's possible return in the second cour.

Luckily, people were not disappointed as Anasui came back to help Foo Fighters after the latter asked for Emporio's help to save Jolyne. Although he was initially cold towards Jolyne, Anasui admits that he is in love with her and agrees to be her bodyguard.

Narciso Anasui might be a simp but he's still a huge help to Jolyne when she tries to retrieve Jotaro Kujo's disc from Whitesnake. In addition to that, fans are loving how pretty he is in the anime.

Anasui's appearance isn't the only thing that fans are loving about the character. People are also impressed that the inmate is voiced by Daisuke Namikawa, who is known for playing Hisoka Morow in Hunter x Hunter, Choso in Jujutsu Kaisen, and Eustass Kid in One Piece.

So are we going to see more of Narciso Anasui in the future? Without giving away too much, the second cour only covered nine new story arcs of Hirohiko Araki's manga. Since the anime is expected to adapt the entire Stone Ocean manga, there's a huge possibility that a third cour is already in the works. Hopefully, Netflix will be able to properly promote the next chapter of Jolyne's story since the second cour barely got any promotions in the weeks leading up to its premiere.

JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Stone Ocean Part 2 makes up Episodes 13 to 24 of the anime. All 24 episodes are now streaming on Netflix.
