Joe And Anthony Russo Finally Offer An Actual Update On Avengers 4

Ever since Thanos wiped out half of the living population of the universe with a single snap of his fingers at the end of Avengers: Infinity War, Marvel fans have been dying to learn more about what's to come in the film's sequel, Avengers 4.

Now, after playfully teasing the Marvel fanbase, Infinity War directors Joe and Anthony Russo finally offer an actual update on the second installment in their two-part Avengers movie. Speaking in an interview with Deadline, Anthony and Joe talk about the status of the film, saying that they both expect to remain working on Avengers 4's post-production until March.

"We've worked on the edit all summer and we're excited to finally get these missing pieces in the film and then we expect to be in post through the fall and winter. We hope to be done by March," Anthony told the publication.

Given this time frame, Marvel fans might not be able to expect a trailer for Avengers 4 anytime soon, though hopefully, Marvel will release a teaser video early next year. Of course, the Russo brothers may want to take their time working on Avengers 4 getting the story right. After all, the filmmakers need to make sure that their two-part Avengers movie ends just right and that Avengers 4 turns out to be just as good or even better than Infinity War.

Let's wait and see what the directorial duo have in store for us when the film premieres on May 3, 2019.
