Sources told New Idea, in its latest edition, that Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck almost cancelled their second wedding in front of loved ones at the Batman actor’s country estate in Georgia.
The couple allegedly considered postponing the ceremony after Ben’s mom, Chris, was rushed to the hospital, along with a seemingly infinite list of other pre-wedding disasters.
An unnamed informant told the entertainment news outlet:
“Whatever could go wrong did. People began muttering among themselves that maybe this union is cursed – especially since they’d already failed to get off the ground when they were engaged in 2004.”
The publication said it is little wonder then that the groom was seen looking exhausted once the festivities were over.
