Jason Momoa Comments on Ben Affleck and Henry Cavill Possibly Leaving the DCEU

Though a lot of people have admitted they are great casting choices, there have been clashing reports online saying that Henry Cavill (Superman) and Ben Affleck (Batman) are leaving the DCEU. Aquaman's Jason Momoa has also been in the films since BvS, and he comments on the possibility of his Justice League co-stars leaving DC.

Talking to The Huffington Post, Momoa explains:

"If they're both out, then listen: It's just the place they're at in their careers… I mean, how many has Henry done? He's done three? Yeah, I mean, like, you want to move on. I think if I did... shit, I have done three."

Affleck is currently attached as producer of The Batman, but there's still no news on whether he's returning to star. Cavill on the other hand, is currently working on Netflix's adaptation of The Witcher book series. Though the future of Affleck in Cavill in DC is somewhat unclear, Momoa on the other hand, seems to be having a blast. He continues:

"I mean, Henry wants to just expand on something… Ben is an amazing director that is of age, and probably he's done enough. I don't know how to speak on behalf of them, but I had the time of my life [on Justice League]."

So far, Aquaman is projecting some really great numbers. Reviews have unanimously praised the film, and it was also said to have made a ton of money in China. With a lot of fans hoping for the DCEU to make a comeback, everyone thinks James Wan has done a homerun with his upcoming film.

Catch Aquaman in theaters Dec. 21.
