Aquaman is set to come out in less than a month, and WB is working hard to market their next DCEU entry after Justice League. Thanks to Empire, we have some new images from the film, and they showcase the underwater duel between Arthur Curry and his stepbrother Orm.

We don't know at what point this scene will happen in the film, but I'm guessing it's going to take place somewhere in the second act. As for the winner, my guess it will be Arthur, and Orm, having the last straw, will then put on the Ocean Master armor and start a war. Then again, it's possible that Aquaman is the one who loses, Orm will start the war, then Aquaman will have to once again prove himself by retrieving the trident of Atlantis and donning the comic-accurate suit.
Personally, I'd prefer that all my guesses turn out wrong and the movie ends up surprising everyone when it comes out.
As of now, the review embargo has been lifted for Aquaman, and a lot of people who have caught the film early have nothing but nice things to say about this movie. James Wan was said to have built a very impressive world, and comparisons to Lord of the Rings and Star Wars have been thrown around here and there. Some even consider the movie better than DC's only hit, Wonder Woman.
Though the critics love it, I'm sure the audience might have something different to say once the film comes out. Heck, everyone only had nice things to say about Batman v Superman until the theatrical release. Now it sits as one of the most divisive movies of all time.
Hopefully that won't be the case with Aquaman.
