Venom is one of Sony Pictures Entertainment's best movie franchises, so far. Based on a series of comic books published by Marvel, Venom tells the story of Eddie Brock and the alien symbiote Venom. Sony released the first Venom movie in 2019 and the sequel, Venom: Let There Be Carnage, in 2021. It has been a hot minute since Carnage has wreaked havoc, so will we see a Venom 3?
Is Venom 3 Canceled?
No! Venom 3 is still all systems go.
Sony announced the third Venom movie during the 2022 CinemaCon. Other than the confirmation, there is still little to no information about the production of the film.
Who will return for Venom 3?
Most of the surviving characters may return for Venom 3. Tom Hardy is at this point a no-brainer because he has successfully turned Venom into a character of its own, latching on to the hearts of fans and viewers.
When will Venom 3 most likely come out?
If Venom 3 follows the same trend as the earlier Venom movies, the film may start production by late 2022 and may be released by mid-2023 or early 2024. Which ever date Venom returns, fans will be waiting for their favorite symbiote.
