Who is Thomas Forrester in The Bold and the Beautiful Series?
It's only natural for any soap actor to eventually leave their longtime on-screen role, however, this came as a shock to fans who had been rooting for 'Thope' aka Thomas and Hope to get together.
It's not so much as a choice of the actor, but rather how the storyline on The Bold and the Beautiful ensued.
Thomas hasn't been lucky when it comes to pursuing his love interests on the show and has the history to prove it, which is why many fans were led to believe that Hope (played by Annika Noelle) would finally be Thomas' endgame.
The push-and-pull dynamic between Thomas and Hope is what exactly fans have been rooting for since the beginning of their spark, and given how close they've grown together, you'd think Hope would finally seal the deal.
Thomas' final declaration to leave came from a new development between him and Hope, who kept him on a leash for dragging him on in their relationship.

Is Thomas Forrester Coming Back To the Series This 2024?
Thomas Forrestor's sign-off from the show didn't come from the actor himself, but rather from the recent storyline on The Bold and the Beautiful.
As much as Thomas wished Hope would marry him as he gave his proposal, she once again turned down his advances.
This causes Thomas to decide that perhaps it is time for him to take some time off for himself, "I would have loved you for the rest of my life, but it is too painful, the back and forth. And that's why I am leaving you today."
It remains to be seen whether this means this big on-screen couple is officially finished, but fans are holding out hope that this is not the end. Keep in mind that even the actor Atkinson hasn't given word on his status yet.
For now, Thomas is off to Paris where he plans on rebuilding his life and relationship with his son, Douglas.
