Logan is just one day away from slicing its way into American theaters and early screening reviews have predominantly been positive.

Now, as everyone gets ready to see James Mangold's hellacious superhero movie, X-Men fans prepare to say goodbye Hugh Jackman's Wolverine. For most fans, Jackman will always be the face of the hot-tempered, flawed and clawed mutant, however after playing Logan for more than 17 years, the Australian Hollywood star has decided to put his claws away for good.

To honor his legacy in the X-Men franchise, Entertainment Weekly has decided to bid Jackman's rendition of Wolverine goodbye, the publication has decided to feature the star in its cover spread.

Not only that, but the publication has also shared a photo of their cover spread featuring the young Jackman in his first Wolverine movie side by side with the cover featuring his last rendition in Logan. Check it out down here:

Jackman has certainly had a lot of time being Wolverine, and it's lovely how publications are taking time to honor his final film and his legacy.
