The comedy anime is a reverse isekai whereby the Demon Lord Satan suffers a humiliating defeat by the hero Emilia.
Following that, he and his follower Alciel find themselves trapped in modern-day Tokyo with very little magic, after which Satan, now known as Sadao Mao, must start small to conquer this new (to him) world.
His plan? A part-time job in a fast-food chain - and absurd as it may seem, he's really good at customer service!
But things are bound to get more complicated, as Emilia is also stranded on earth, as an office worker, Emi. And when an external threat presents itself, the two might even have to work together!
