Heroes in Crisis #7 Cover May Have Confirmed Major DC Comics Death

Heroes in Crisis has been a fairly controversial event, with many either loving what Tom King has done or being disgusted with everything that the series stands for. The one thing that has ticked off fans were the major deaths that have rocked DC, with notable characters like Wally West and Roy Harper kicking the bucket, only one of which was shown recently. One death that has been teased throughout has been Poison Ivy's and the cover to issue #7 may have confirmed it.

As fans can see, the cover to Heroes in Crisis #7 has, what appears to be, the corpse of Ivy with her trying to write a message with her blood. Comic book covers have lied before but with all the major deaths thus far, this one wouldn't be too surprising. Not to mention all of the clues that have been rampant throughout the series.

Interestingly enough, the shape Ivy makes with her blood looks like a lightning bolt, which suggests that Wally West might have been responsible for some of the deaths in the series. While it would make for an interesting twist, fans might be disappointed with the move since many of us were hoping that Wally would be the driving force that takes on Doctor Manhattan in Doomsday Clock, given his major role in DC Universe Rebirth.

Heroes in Crisis #7 comes out this March.
