Venom might have been met with overwhelmingly negative reviews during its release, however the very first installment of Sony's Universe of Marvel Characters has gone on to become one of 2018's biggest hits. Not only has the fim made more than $800 million at the global box office, but it's also earned a lot of love from fans who enjoy the banter between Tom Hardy's Eddie Brock and the titular Symbiote, Venom.
Now, Sony is planning to release Venom on home video during the holidays, dropping the film on Digital HD this December 11 and then on Blu-Ray and DVD on December 18. Along with the home release comes a slew of special features and deleted scenes, all of which give fans a better look at the film.

Venom Mode: When selecting this mode the film will engage informative pop-ups throughout the film to provide insight on the movie's relationship to the comics, and to reveal hidden references that even a seasoned Venom-fan may have missed!

Marvel fans definitely wouldn't want to miss out on grabbing a copy of Venom's home release. So many goodies abound – it's definitely going to be interesting going through the films various deleted and extended scenes. Plus, that Symbiote Secrets featurette sounds like a pretty good resource for the Easter-egg-hunting type of fanboy.
